We just wrapped up two days of planning meetings with PepsiCo's global Talent Acquisition team to map out the next steps in the evolution of our new Possibilities brand, and RecruitFest! 2010 rolled out video footage from its wildly successful event earlier this month in Boston. Among the highlights: PepsiCo's Chris Hoyt was interviewed about "Going Glocal" — how PepsiCo's new employment brand offers the extensibility to be both global and local at the same time. Many thanks to Chris for singling out Joe Zeff Design for its role.
Part of the PepsiCo strategy includes a series of video documentaries about employees who exemplify the Possibilities brand. The videos were produced by our partners at Houseblend Media, whose past clients include Good magazine, Starbucks and MTV. Their PepsiCo work, however, is their best yet. The videos have been online for a few weeks now and just today went up on YouTube. See for yourself . . .
